Qualcomm MSM8916 Flashing/Writing
Procedure
Requirements:
1) Windows XP/ Windows 7 32/64bit
2) Tools
3) L5320_Infinity_LTE_20150327_V1.07 (Firmware)
Setup:
1) Extract all files under Tools.rar
·
qualcomm_usb.rar
·
qualcomm V1.0.rar
·
72-V1400-161.rar
·
72-NM017-5_00007.rar
·
Microsoft.NET.exe
2) Install Microsoft.NET.exe
for required framework.
3) Wait till it finished. Then apply Reboot if required.
4) Install setup under 72-NM017-5_00007 Folder. Wait to finished.
You may now do the flashing.
Flashing Procedure
1) Go to your directory and find Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL).exe
2) Run QFIL.exe
3) Load all necessary files as needed.
·
Select Build Type as Flat Build.
·
Browse Programmer Path. Load prog_emmc_firehose_8916.mbn.
·
Load XML. Select rawprogram_unsparse then patch0
·
Turn-ON phone then plug-in to PC. Uncheck all USB
connection. Install driver as needed.
·
Press Download
Wait till it finished. Then Exit.
IMEI Writing
1) Open your
Tools Folder. Locate qualcomm v1.0 >
qualcomm > Qualcomm Write IMEI.
2) Run Qualcomm Write
IMEI.exe. Fill-in needed data then Start.
3) Turn-ON phone then plug-in to PC. Wait till prompt OK.
Apply Reboot to rewrite.
